Warranty Calls: I understand that any repair or adjustment not covered under the manufacturers standard warranty conditions may lead to a charge being raised for labour, parts, consumables or all three. For example incorrect installation, miss operation or poor maintenance leading to a fault are likely to be chargeable.

Note: If purchased as a 'Parts only warranty' the labour element of any service call will be chargeable.

Service calls: I have been made aware of callout and labour rates and that the cost of any parts required will be discussed with me by the attending engineer before fitting.
Payment will either be made to the engineer on completion or as agreed with Advantage before his arrival.

No Access: In the event of a specific attendance time being agreed and the engineer arriving to find access either denied or the customer absent, then a visit charge may be made.
