Waste is ground down into fine pieces which are then washed into the mains drainage system thereby avoiding its costly and environmentally unfriendly collection and treatment as solid waste.

Dewatering
IMC Food Waste Dewaterers squeeze out the excess liquid in the waste enabling the grey water to be safely dispensed to drain whilst the solid fraction is captured in small, lidded, easily handled waste collection bins for subsequent disposal. By reducing the volume of waste requiring disposal by up to 80%, it is both much easier and significantly less costly to dispose of.

Waste Compaction
The IP Compactor range from IMC has been designed for use in all sizes of business with varying waste volumes of dry waste including cardboard, tins, plastic and paper.
Tough, robust and reliable, the IP Compactor range is easy to use and clean and incorporates safety interlocks on the chutes and trolleys to protect both the machine and operator.
Large, heavy duty integral trolleys are easy to move and empty, with waste being compacted into sealable plastic bags (all models excl IP700).
