Delivery

Free Standard Delivery

Applies to all items over £100 and will normally be 2 - 3 working days including the day ordered.
 

Orders under £100 will be subject to a £10 delivery charge and will be delivered according to the schedule above.

Next Day Delivery

For a small premium most items ordered before midday can be delivered next day.
 

Same Day Delivery

We are also able to offer a same day delivery service for those items that are urgently required.

As this is a fairly costly service, but for some customers essential to the efficient running of their business that they receive their order urgently, we do not place a mark up on the cost of delivery. 

Costs are calculated at a per mile rate from the pick up point (often the manufacturers factory) to the customer location. 
Once costs are agreed pickups are normally carried out within the hour.

Other Delivery Options

Saturday Delivery - Can be arranged but our carriers will charge a premium. Please call to enquire if needed.

Timed Delivery - If a specific delivery time is required this is often available, yet again we are charged a premium for this service so please ring if required.

Remote areas- We often deliver to these locations but do have to charge a premium.
Includes Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight. 
An extra day on the delivery time is usual for these locations,

International - Our carriers are part of the Palletways network and are experienced international carriers. Please call or email your requirements and location and a quote will be returned promptly. 

Stock Availability

All delivery times are dependant on stock being available and because of this we cannot guarrantee delivery times for any item.
We will always inform you immediately of any delay.
